Available Coverages
Because insurance needs vary from member to member, we offer different types of home insurance policies as well as a variety of scheduled endorsements to ensure that you have all the coverage you need for your valuable property.
The REPLACEMENT VALUE POLICY provides replacement cost limits specifically for qualifying residences or new construction policies.
The CASH VALUE POLICY provides cash value limits for all other classes of insured buildings and also our personal property only coverage.
Scheduled Personal Property Endorsement:
Specific personal property items can be insured for specific amounts as needed. (ex. guns, furs, jewelry, 4 Wheelers) Proof of ownership and a current appraisal are required for these endorsements. This endorsement covers specified items against all perils of physical loss (not wear and tear).
Earthquake Endorsement:
Coverage with this endorsement may apply to dwelling and / or contents and / or outbuildings according to current policy limits. A deductable of 5% of policy limits applies..Construction Risk Endorsement:
A dwelling in the course of construction can be insured by our company. During the course of construction, there is no personal property coverage. In the event of loss prior to completion, the limit of liability will not exceed the actual cash value of completed improvements. Construction material on the premises, not permanently installed, are not covered.Liability Endorsements
Personal Liability
Personal Liability coverage provides members a defense in the event of a lawsuit as a result of liability exposure/occurance on premises of the insured. Our company now excludes animals and trampolines. Limited coverage is available for members who have household pets or trampolines.Household Pet Limited Liability Coverage Endorsement
Household Pet Limited Liability Coverage Endorsement is available for an additional premium, subject to the Company Liability Underwriting Guidelines.
Note: The following dogs are NOT eligible for Household Pet Limited Liability coverage: Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweilers, American Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Akita, & Wolf Type Hybrids.
Trampoline (Rebounding Device) Limited Liability Endorsement
Trampoline (Rebounding Device) Limited Liability Endorsement is available for an additional premium, subject to the Company Liability Underwriting Guidelines.
Farmer's Personal & Comprehensive Liability Endorsement
Farmer's Personal & Comprehensive Liability Endorsement covers farm exposures due to farming operations and animal liability on public roads, including animal collision.
Underwriting guidelines require good fencing near public roads.(Note: This is not a substitute for workman's compensation for hired workers, but rather protection of legal liability of the farm owner.)
This standard endorsement excludes coverage for household pets and trampoline use. However, coverage is provided for household pets and trampoline use with the Household Pet Limited Liability Endorsement and the Trampoline (Rebounding Device) Limited Liability Endorsement, both of which are available as additional endorsements with the Farm Liability coverage.
